The CONDO BLEND is our signature house, or rather, condo blend—crafted to deliver a true artisan coffee experience. Bold and chocolatey with a citrus-meets-sour finish, this smooth and dynamic coffee is designed for those who appreciate depth, balance, and complexity in every cup.

What makes it truly unique is not just the flavor, but the carefully selected ingredients that support both taste and wellness. The blend starts with 100% organic Arabica coffee, known for its rich flavor and low acidity. It’s enhanced with roasted chicory root for added body, low caffeine, and a slightly nutty undertone.

We then infuse the coffee with organic cacao and organic coconut milk powder for a velvety texture and decadent flavor. To elevate the functional benefits, we’ve included a powerful organic, fruiting body, mushroom blend—400 mg of Lion’s Mane for focus, 300 mg of Reishi for calm, and 300 mg of Cordyceps for natural energy.

Lemongrass adds a subtle brightness, while organic MCT oil provides a clean source of energy. A touch of honey and sea salt round out the profile, delivering a perfectly balanced cup that’s both indulgent and nourishing.
